Dr Eltje Gajewski completed her PhD in the field of sociology of work, organisation and business, and has been working at the Academic Institute since early 2025. As chair of the examination board, she is responsible for the administration and quality assurance of examination marking, as well as for supervising Bachelor’s and Master’s theses. In her role as module coordinator, she deals with students’ queries and concerns across various degree programmes. She also advises prospective students at the Student Advisory Service on choosing the right degree programme.
