Dr Astrid Dobmeier is a systemic organisational developer, as well as a consultant, therapist, coach and supervisor (DGSF). Her work focuses on the importance of self-reflection and reflective competence in the age of digitalisation and artificial intelligence. She is the editor of the non-profit online portal DeSelfie. Together with Dr Veronika Sweet, she developed the concepts ‘LeHrnende Organisation’ and ‘ReflAct’, which combine innovative digital teaching and learning formats with systemic thinking, reflection and organisational learning.
