Dr Hermann Högel is a board member of a cooperative bank and holds a degree in business informatics. In his doctoral thesis, he analysed how board characteristics influence the success of cooperative banks. In his master’s thesis in applied psychology, he investigated the effects of the dark triad within board committees in connection with burnout prevention.
