Prof Dr Klein studied and obtained her doctorate at the University of Cologne. Since October 2018, she has been Professor of Marketing and Consumer Behaviour at the University of Bremen. Together with two colleagues, she heads the markstones Institute for Marketing, Branding & Technology and is part of the Diginomics Graduate Group. Her research focuses on brand management (brand purpose, influencer marketing), digitalisation topics (chatbots, gamification, serious games) and sensory marketing.
